1 Can Flacked Light Tuna

Sauce

Jerk Sauce - Any brand

EVOO

Sesame Oil

Dijon Mustard

Green Seasoning - TooDamnYummy Green Seasoning

Crushed garlic

Dry Seasoning

Onion Powder

Garlic Poder

All purpose dry seasoning

Black pepper

Salt

Smoked Paprika

Monk Fruit sweetener

Dry

Planko Crumbs

Almond Flour

Wet

Egg

Directions

Combine sauce ingredients to a bowl

Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl

Add sauce ingredients and dry ingredients to tuna, eggs, planks and almond flour

Mix well and form your cakes/patties

Fry on medium with EVVO until golden brown
